At NCPA, we believe that high-quality early childhood education and care are essential for the healthy development of our nation’s children. We advocate for the rights and interests of childcare providers, empowering them to deliver exceptional care and education that nurtures young minds and sets the stage for lifelong success.

Our Mission
The mission of NCPA is to provide a unified voice for childcare providers and to champion their interests at local, regional, and national levels. We strive to foster collaboration, professionalism, and excellence in the childcare sector through advocacy, education, and support.
Your Representatives
Our trusted Members are highly experienced from a range of backgrounds including Early Childhood Teachers, Corporate Management, and Childcare Franchise Operators who have over 30 yes plus experience within the education and care sector.
Our expert team looks to support education and care services on issues providers, management and staff face every day being:
- How to navigate the maze of childcare regulations in a highly competitive market
- The unique context, challenges and needs of each different service type – kindergarten, long day care, family day care, occasional care and outside school hours care
